April 11, 2025, New Delhi — Motorica, a developer and manufacturer of functional upper and lower limb prostheses, announces the launch of its medical tourism program. This initiative is designed for patients seeking state-of-the-art prosthetic care while exploring the historical and cultural landscape of Moscow — the capital of Russia, country that is also renowned for its leading expertise and innovative solutions in prosthetics.
The program provides a structured itinerary that includes all necessary arrangements, such as accommodation, transportation, medical care, personal interpretation, and guided tours. Patients will arrive at their destination with everything in place, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
During the medical portion of the program, patients will receive a comprehensive consultation with prosthetics specialists from Motorica. They will also undergo fitting and installation of their custom-made prosthesis, as well as receive detailed instructions on how to properly use and maintain it. For the patient’s maximum convenience, measurements will be taken in India beforehand by highly qualified prosthetists trained to the standards of Motorica.
The touristic portion of the program will engage patients in a cultural immersion experience, including guided tours of Moscow’s renowned historical landmarks, such as Red Square, the Kremlin, the Space Museum and others. Attendees will also have the chance to savor traditional Russian cuisine through curated meals, with full logistical support throughout the trip.
“We are excited to announce the launch of Motorica’s medical tourism program as we observe a growing demand for our prosthetic solutions in India. We believe this initiative will not only provide our patients with access to top-tier prosthetic solutions, but it will also create a truly memorable travel experience”, said Kavinder Beniwal, COO of Motorica India.
Motorica specializes in rare types of injuries and offers the widest range of hand prostheses in the world. It is also known for its innovative use of 3D printing, and other advanced technologies. Motorica offers prostheses with natural skin-tone finishes and also has its own design studio to manufacture prostheses according to an individual design.
In 2025, Motorica opened its first office in New Delhi. In India, it already collaborates closely with over 25 clinics across key states.
